Brunch & Breakfast All Day: 7 days a week continuously
At Slake Annecy, brunch doesn't wait for the weekend. We welcome you every day from Monday to Sunday inclusive: from 8:30 am to 3 pm, for a late breakfast or a generous lunch.
Discover our Anglo-Saxon-inspired classics, now household favorites: Bacon Pancakes with maple syrup, toasted English Muffins, or our famous Turkish Eggs. For those with a sweet tooth, indulge in our homemade Granola or our Cinnamon French Toast.
No matter the day of the week, our kitchen is open to satisfy all your brunch cravings just steps from the lake.
Seasonal & Inclusive Cuisine
Freshness is at the heart of our cuisine: we renew our menu 4 times a year to cook with seasonal and local produce.
We offer inclusive cuisine: the majority of our dishes are vegetarian, and we adapt our recipes to meet gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegan needs. At Slake Annecy, we work with fresh produce year-round to offer you the best the region has to offer, whatever your dietary preferences.

Reservations & Waiting List
We do not take reservations. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
As soon as we are full, we use a virtual waiting list. The advantage? You can register remotely and be notified by SMS as soon as your table is ready.
How the list works:
-
Closed List : Tables are available immediately, come see us!
-
Open List : We are full. Sign up to be placed later.
-
Full List : We can no longer accept clients for this service.
Weekend & Holiday Tip: > Due to high demand, expect a minimum wait of approximately 30 minutes for a table for two. Consider signing up in advance on the virtual waiting list 😉
